MED is acronym for Micro-Loading extended-set drop-set. MED is a type of training given to all men for muscle building. It is the best program that is conducted by ‘Jim Stoppani’ for the building of lots of new muscle. He provides training in very different style instead of exhausting and boring methods of muscle building. After the completion of MED training program, you will be rewarded by great muscles.

MED training involves 3 major steps that are:-

1)  Micro-loading

Micro-loading is the process of increasing the weight of the working sets by smallest possible increments. You should change the weight each week which you are using daily. With micro-loading, you can change the weight by possible smallest amount.  

2)    Extended sets

This type of training allows you to extend the set. Extended set involves a regular exercise until hitting of the muscle failure and switch off to other exercise that gives biomedical advantage.

3)    Drop Sets

MED training involves the use of drop-sets. It increases the intensity of training. Taking sets to muscle failure is the most critical aspect of the MED training. It boost up the muscle protein synthesis and enhance muscle growth.
